Schedule a consultation for up to 60 minutes to discuss what is going on, then work through a game plan that best fits your needs. Each week, you will complete a form that lays out your "mini goals & focuses” via a Google Form. These goals will adjust and grow as you progress. You’ll build healthy habits, stacking on more and more until you are feeling your best! I will assist you with educational documents, grocery lists, recipe inspiration, and best of all, weekly accountability! 

Nutrition is often the hardest piece of the puzzle. Let me help you look at your daily fuel is a positive way.

Supplements

Food is fuel and I am a fuel pusher! Focusing on giving our bodies enough nutrient dense fruits, veggies, proteins, fats, and grains is the way we should approach a healthy balanced diet. Let’s be honest though…Are we great at hitting all of those nutrients every day? Supplements fill those areas that we often lack.
