This program begins with 1 Rep Max testing, then progresses your muscles through three distinct phases utilizing your own percentage of max abilities. On top of your strength training, a strategic combination of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and steady state cardio will allow you to not only put on muscle mass, but reveal it as you finish your hard weeks of work!
