This program is designed to activate each muscle group three times per week, increase strength, stability, balance, lean muscle mass, burn body fat, and make notable increases to your compound lifts. On top of your three days of programmed strength training, you will have examples of steady-state aerobic workouts and an example of a High-Intensity Interval Training workout to supplement your off days with. Mobility work will be given as well to keep your workout routine consistent and progressing.
